We pioneered in offering Live Interactive On-Line Training and offer Site-Based training as well.

The On-Line courses we provide have the convenience of being online but also full interaction throughout the course, not only with the lead instructor, but with the other participants, both all together and in small groups in break-out sessions.  Participants rave about these interactions and the understanding they gain and take away.

FSMA (The Food Safety Modernization Act) affects Foreign and Domestic Processors as well as Importers of both Human and Animal Food. The regulations are complex and can be quite confusing.

A Food Safety Plan is the primary document needed for every processor, domestic or foreign, and it must be prepared by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Importers must develop a Foreign Supplier Verification Program, FSVP, for each product & each supplier, and ensure their suppliers are in compliance with the Preventive Control Rules or Produce Safety Rule.

The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls regulation requires that certain activities must be completed by a “preventive controls qualified individual.”  The PCQI courses, developed by FSPCA, are the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA; successfully completing a PCQI course is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.”

We offer many course dates & times, some of them spread across multiple days to accommodate time zones and allow you to have part of a regular workday as well as training. We are creating classes to meet demands of our customers outside the U.S., so if you don’t see a slot which works for your time zone, please contact us and let us know your time zone needs.
